In this week’s video I check out the redesigned Kia Soul. This funky-chunky hatchback might just be my favorite new car under $30,000. Although the look may not be for everyone, the Soul manages to pack an incredible amount of cargo storage, surprising comfort, a plethora of luxury car features and acceptable fuel efficiency into a cheeky package that sadly didn’t include a single hamster.
