2017 Kia Optima PHEV Review

Kia hasn’t been known for efficiency but that’s all changing with a deluge of new hybrid and plug in hybrid models over the next few years. One of those new models is the  2017 Optima Plug In Hybrid with nearly 30 miles of EV range and impressive mileage when operating in hybrid model. It’s not a Prius or Volt exactly, but it is more comfortable than either of those options.

0-30: 2.8 Seconds

0-60: 7.5 Seconds

1/4 Mile: 15.8 Sec @ 90 MPH

60-0 Braking: 124 Feet
