Is the Toyota RAV4 Prime the best compact crossover you CAN’T buy? With only around 5,000 units coming to the U.S., not many people are going to be able to get one into their driveway in the 2020 calendar year. Toyota says it intends to increase RAV4 Prime production to 20,000 units but that may not be enough because this SUV has the potential to become a hot commodity despite the high sticker price.
